March 17 Newsletter

As we approach the closing of Q1 2017, our partnership with TFL is bearing fruit. Additional sites have been allocated and we have developed a process of addressing location-technical issues that prompted unforeseen delays to deployment. We have established a specialist technical division designed to work closely with TFL and other transport vendors as we expand.

Our Oxford Circus and Paddington sites have proven popular, and we aim to add to these progressively. We will be expanding to the north in due course, thanks to our contract with Virgin, and we are imminently due to install our first airport site at the Stansted Express concourse, accessible from London via Liverpool Street. We believe we offer a strong value proposition here; our rates are significantly lower than our competition, and we still remain one of the few institutions able to accept coin.

We have commenced discussions with potential partners in retail, finance, logistics and hospitality. We aim to establish specific sectors dealing with institutions hosting significant footfall via commuters or tourists.

We have also acquired new assembly space and will shortly be taking delivery of manufactured parts. Out technology is continually improving via software enhancements and we are constantly adding more currencies to our database.

Our customer relations remains one of the most important parts of our business. Our technician-captured videos and images of customer interactions are available on Facebook and Twitter. Follow us!

In February 2017 one of our co-founders, Jeff Paterson, lost his battle with cancer.  Throughout his courageous fight he remained dignified and positive, always retaining his sense of humour.

Jeff was a wonderful partner and those who had the privilege of working with him will remember his enthusiasm and work ethic. He was a great leader and someone who believed that nothing was insurmountable and that great human wisdom is located in resilience, generosity and the will to succeed.

His legacy will be honoured by strong growth and the promotion of the values he represented. He will be sorely missed and we thank those who have offered their sympathies to the company and to his family.

We wish you all the best for the month of April.
